This is Refuse Park, a design for a park to be built on a capped landfill. This project evolved differently than all assignments I had previously been given. I was given no site, no program and no requirements regarding the finished product. Given this freedom, I created an educational park that reclaims a piece of land that might otherwise be underutalized. The accompaning report explains the park, as well as the need for such a park, in much more detail.
